(More customer reviews)As a swimmer i know it is hard to find the right book to improve your stroke. This book did just that for me. This book has the right technics that exceptionaly improved my stroke. If you are looking to improve your stroke this is the book to read. There are many other books on the market that are also very good but, this book tops the charts. I recomend this book to swimmers of all ages thought it might be harder for younger children under 10 to comprehend with. And in conclusion i will say this book is the way to go when improving technics and getting out the quirks in your strokes.
