(More customer reviews)I recently went from high speed Hyabusa runs to the safer sport of dirt-bikes... Not wanting to look like a... asking the faster guys at the track what I was doing wrong (that would have earned a laugh and a lecture), I bought this book... It was exactly everything I was looking for... Since I've read this book (2 trips to the track), I am no longer waving faster riders by, I am the the faster rider... My riding is much more agressive, corners are 3 times faster, and overall control of the bike belongs to me now... If you race motocross, you may not get a whole lot from this (but I bet you will get something), however, if your in it for fun but you want a little more, this is an excellent book... I highly recommend this book...
