With 240 pages of the colorful illustrations and recipes, the authors brought their life-time expertise and know-how on rolls and sushi. First author, Nam-Chun Wha, has been known as the king of the rolls in Korea. The second author, Gang-Dae Soo, sums up his 40+ years of experience, working for many first-class restaurants reputable internationally. The text is in both Korean and English, easy to read and feel with the colorful illustrations. The book is available or can be ordered from any local Korean bookstores in USA. The list price is $30. The new printing (in 2002) may show only one author (Kang) alone. The authors are preparing for the second edition and/or next publication. Chef Kang also has been not only a successful Chef and owner ("K-Sushi and Steak") but also as a teacher to have his own sushi school in Dallas and Fort Worth area, providing one of the best and first-class opportunity to learn to be a first-class Chef of depth and breadth, as well as for those casual sushi-lovers who simply want to prepare their own meals in the classical Japanese cuisines and restaurant quality. And I can tell you how much I enjoy all these first-class meals that my wife has been learning and practicing at home, along with our book.
